An exceptional multi-sport athlete, Leslie lettered in volleyball, basketball & softball at Avon Lake High School. For her outstanding play, Leslie was named to All- Conference teams for both volleyball and basketball and was SWC MVP in volleyball. Accolades continued accumulating with her selection as All Ohio in both volleyball and basketball. At the collegiate level, Leslie was the "floor general" of an excellent John Carroll University volleyball team. At JCU, she was named to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference First Team 3 times, OAC Conference Player of the Week and was an All-American nominee. For her leadership and superb athletic efforts, Leslie was inducted into the John Carroll University Hall of Fame.
