Ken Carmon

Ken Carmon, a 1965 graduate, received most of his athletic recognition at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio as a member of the Bobcat football squad from 1965 to 1969. A three-time All-League tackle in the Mid-American Conference, Ken also was named All American his senior year. He was chosen to play in the North-South All Star game and later drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. Last year, Ken was inducted into the Ohio University Sports Hall of Fame.

Carmon continued his sports career after professional play as a coach at Tiffin Columbiana High School in Tiffin, where he presently resides with his wife and two children. Paul Reynolds, Ken’s coach at Avon Lake High School, will introduce his all S.W.C. performer at the Awards night.
