Roy Fisher

Roy Fisher, Class of 1968, excelled in baseball, football and basketball. Roy was a 3 year letterman in baseball, most valuable player in 1967 and highlighted that year by pitching a no-hitter against Fairview Park. In 1968, he repeated as most valuable player and was named an all Southwestern Conference performer, leading the conference in earned run average. In football, Roy was our 1967 leading scorer and a major contributor to our Southwestern Conference Championship and Hall of Fame inducted team.

Roy continued his baseball career at Marietta College lettering 3 years in baseball, and participated with his team in the regionals for 2 straight years.
