1999 was a very good year for Dan. After being voted co-MVP for the basketball team, Dan led the Shoremen baseball team to an undefeated 18-0 season & the SWC Championship. His efforts were rewarded by being selected as the SWC MVP, all county & All Ohio first team. Dan continued his baseball career at Marietta College. Dan finished his career at Marietta by compiling a record of 13-3 for the two time national championship runner-ups. He continues his achievements at Midview High School where he was voted Lorain County AD of the Year in 2018.
