Al Robinson, a graduate of the class of 1964, excelled in 3 sports and was awarded 9 varsity letters. Perhaps best known as a star performer of the Shoremen baseball team, Al led the team in batting in his junior and senior years, was a team leader in stolen bases for 3 straight years and was selected to 4 all-star teams. In addition, Al was a 2 year letterman and guard on our 1963-64 co-championship basketball team, a defensive back on the Shoremen football team, and an outstanding track athlete.
